For master's degree I have realized a R*-Tree "ad hoc" evolution (GR*-Tree) to a 6DOF SLAM (Simultaneus Localization and Mapping) project. With GR*-Tree I have obtained fast computation (~45%) in order to build 3D maps of segments and points. (C++ language). Supervisors Prof. Matteo Matteucci and Eng. Davide Migliore.
